The company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team. They will play a crucial role in increasing sales and contributing to the organisation's growth by strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying prospective new business opportunities across various areas.
Manage and maintain existing accounts while achieving monthly sales objectives and monitoring profit margins.
Conduct regular phone calls and follow-ups with customers to provide product feedback, industry news, and order updates
Assist customers in building their business by suggesting new revenue sources and identifying solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Proactively research, identify, and cold-call prospective new clients to create and open new business accounts.
Communicate effectively with internal departments, including Purchasing and Customer Service, to manage inventory, ETAs, and customer inquiries
Work collaboratively with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to strategies on account growth and maximise visibility through planned visits.
